Als erstes den Schweinenacken in Scheiben anschneiden (dabei nicht ganz durchschneiden), so dass Taschen zum F\u00fcllen entstehen. Den Braten salzen und mit Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Anschlie\u00dfend in der ersten Tasche etwas d\u00fcnn geschnittenen Bauchspeck einf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Jetzt in die n\u00e4chste Tasche reichlich Zwiebelringe f\u00fcllen. Danach die Taschen immer in Wechsel weiter f\u00fcllen. Den gef\u00fcllten Braten in einem Br\u00e4ter mit Deckel geben und zudecken. Nun erst einmal im K\u00fchlschrank ca. 12-24 Std. ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 210\u00b0C ca.2 bis 2,5 Std. garen.
