Saucenbinder<\/p>\n<h4>Zubereitung:<\/h4>\n<p>Das Hack anbraten, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nIn der Zwischenzeit die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln in nicht zu d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden und die Paprika w\u00fcrfeln. Zum Hack geben und kurz mit anbraten. Die Br\u00fche angie\u00dfen und die Gabelspaghetti unterr\u00fchren. Unter R\u00fchren die Nudeln gar kochen lassen. Dann evtl. mit So\u00dfenbinder oder So\u00dfenpulver (oder Mehl) die 15-Minuten-Pfanne andicken.
