Zuerst das Mehl, Butter und Sauerrahm zu einem Teig verarbeiten und 2 bis 3 Std. kalt stellen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Jetzt nicht zu dick ausrollen (gehen auf, \u00e4hnlich wie Bl\u00e4tterteig) und verschiedene Formen ausstechen.<\/p>\n<p>3.
