Hefe (Trockenhefe)<\/p>\n<h3>Zubereitung:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Erstmal Hefe, Zucker und \u00d6l in die warme Milch einr\u00fchren. Alles zum Mehl geben. Anschlie\u00dfend den Teig intensiv durchkneten. In einen Topf geben, mit einem Tuch und Deckel abdecken und an einem warmen Ort ca. 60 \u2013 70 Minuten.<\/p>\n<p>2.Anschlie\u00dfend den Teig nochmals intensiv durchkneten und auf einer d\u00fcnnen Mehlschicht ca. 2 mm dick ausrollen. Dann in 2 cm x 2 cm gro\u00dfe Quadrate schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>3. Danach die St\u00fccke in hei\u00dfem \u00d6l portionsweise goldbraun braten. Oft wenden und nicht zu dunkel werden lassen, sonst werden sie innen zu trocken und hohl. Nach dem Herausnehmen mit Puderzucker bestreuen.
