Jeweils in der Mitte durch schneiden. Konfit\u00fcre in die Mitte der Bl\u00e4tterteigscheiben streichen.<\/p>\n<p>2.Pfirsich waschen und abtrocknen. In feine Spalten schneiden. Den Bl\u00e4tterteig damit belegen. Rundherum einen Rand lassen. Den Rand mit Eigelb bestreichen. Puderzucker \u00fcber die Pfirsichspalten streuen.<\/p>\n<p>3.Im Backofen bei 180 Grad ca. 10 Minuten backen. Aus dem Ofen nehmen und etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.
