Zimt-Zucker zum<\/p>\n<h3>Zubereitung:<\/h3>\n<p>Das Mehl in eine Sch\u00fcssel sieben, zimmerwarme Butter und Quark hinzuf\u00fcgen. Alles zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten und diesen d\u00fcnn ausrollen.<\/p>\n<p>Den ausgerollten Teig in Quadrate schneiden. Jedes Quadrat in Zucker w\u00e4lzen, dann zusammenfalten. Wieder w\u00e4lzen, wieder zusammenfalten und nochmal in Zucker w\u00e4lzen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 \u00b0C ca. 20 Minuten backen.
