Danach Zucker, Vanillezucker und Zimt in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen und zur Seite stellen. K\u00fcchenpapier in einer flachen Sch\u00fcssel zum Abtropfen vorbereiten.<\/p>\n<p>2.Als nachtes das Mehl mit Backpulver mischen. Zucker, Vanillezucker, Eier, Quark, Zimt und Margarine zugeben und alles mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t gut verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>3. Jetzt den Teig mit 2 Teel\u00f6ffeln abstechen und ins hei\u00dfe Fett geben. Von beiden Seiten braun ausbacken. Nun mit einem Schauml\u00f6ffel heraus nehmen und auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen.
