Puddingpulver, Vanille-<br \/>\n1 TL Backpulver<br \/>\n1 Prise(n) Salz<br \/>\n60 g Quark (Topfen)<br \/>\netwas Zitronensaft<br \/>\n1 gro\u00dfer Apfel, oder 2 kleinere<br \/>\nButterschmalz, zum Ausbacken<br \/>\nPuderzucker<br \/>\nZimt<\/p>\n<h3>Zubereitung:<\/h3>\n<p>Die Menge reicht f\u00fcr ca. 9 St\u00fcck, 2-3 Personen.<\/p>\n<p>Eier mit Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren, dann das mit Backpulver vermischte Mehl, Puddingpulver, Salz, Zitronensaft, Topfen einr\u00fchren, zuletzt den Apfel mit der Schale grob raspeln und unterheben.<\/p>\n<p>Butterschmalz in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen, dann gleich etwas Hitze reduzieren, je einen geh\u00e4uften Essl\u00f6ffel Teig hinein geben und bds. backen.<\/p>\n<p>Die fertigen Apfelkrapfen auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen, mit Zucker\/Zimt bestreuen, dazu passt Obstmus, Pudding.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zutaten: 2 Ei(er) 40 g Zucker 70 g Mehl 1 Pck.
