Das Oliven\u00f6l in einer gusseisernen Pfanne erhitzen. Den Knoblauch darin 30 \u2013 60 Sekunden leicht br\u00e4unen.Die Champignons dazugeben und r\u00fchren, bis die Pilze das gesamte \u00d6l aufgenommen haben.<br \/>\nAuf schwacher Hitze weitergaren, bis sie den Saft abgeben, dann weiterr\u00fchren (4 \u2013 5 Minuten), bis der Saft verdampft ist.
