Zuerst die Champignons s\u00e4ubern. Danach die Zwiebelen abziehen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>2 . Jetzt die Butter in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Champignons und Zwiebeln darin anbraten.Mit Mehl dar\u00fcber st\u00e4uben.<\/p>\n<p>3. Nun das Gem\u00fcse mit der Br\u00fche und Sahne abl\u00f6schen und die Champignonso\u00dfe etwa 12 bis 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p>4. Als nachstes die So\u00dfe mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Ist sie zu fl\u00fcssig, ggf. noch mit etwas mehr Mehl binden.<\/p>\n<p>5.
