Gurke (mit Schale) in Scheiben schneiden. Tomate halbieren, den Stielansatz entfernen und in Scheiben schneiden. Lauchzwiebel in feine R\u00f6llchen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Brotscheibe mit Senf bestreichen (statt Butter) \u2013 den Kr\u00e4uterquark darauf verteilen. Auf den Quark die Eischeiben legen und w\u00fcrzen. \u00dcber dem Brot und am Tellerrand nun die Gurken- und Tomatenscheiben nett anrichten und w\u00fcrzen.
