Vanillinzucker<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr den Belag:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 Becher Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n2 Becher saure Sahne<br \/>\n2 Becher Schlagsahne<br \/>\n3 Ei(er)<br \/>\n125 g Zucker<br \/>\n1 Pck. Puddingpulver (Vanille)<br \/>\nFett f\u00fcr die Form<\/p>\n<h3>Zubereitung:<\/h3>\n<p>Alle Teigzutaten zu einem M\u00fcrbeteig verarbeiten. Damit eine gefettete Form (ich nehme eine 26er Springform) auskleiden.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Belag die Eier schaumig schlagen und langsam den Zucker einrieseln lassen. In kleinen Mengen nacheinander Cr\u00e8me fraiche, saure Sahne und Schlagsahne vollst\u00e4ndig einr\u00fchren. Anschlie\u00dfend das Puddingpulver untermischen. Die Masse auf den Teig gie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 160\u00b0C Hei\u00dfluft ca. 45 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp:<\/strong> Wer mag, kann noch Zimt dar\u00fcber streuen.
